By booking a consultation with Elena Gerasimova you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations: 

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment so I am able to give the slot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.

Consultation:

Homeopathic consultation online will take place at the agreed time. You either booked your time slot through my online calendar or through contacting me personally.

If you arrive late we would still need to finish at the correct time so that I am ready for my next client. Full consultation charge will be taken.

Please make sure you have choses the correct time zone. I mostly take online consultations form the UK and, therefore, your timing can be different form mine. 

Technology:

Before our consultation I will send you a link to join a video meeting (Zoom, Skype). Zoom is preferable. Other forms of communication could be phone calls, messages, WhatsApp.

When you book a consultation with me, I will add your email to my client mailing list. I will use it for our mutual communication regarding appointment, news about my services and will not share it with anyone else.

Payment:

If you arrange a meeting with me through my online calendar you will need to pay in advance for the consultation. You can pay by card or by PayPal.

After consultation:

I might ask you to update me with an email on your progress. We will discuss it in details during consultation.

I will send you a prescription of your remedies within 3 hours after Acute/First Aid consultation or within 2-3 days after Full Constitutional consultation. 

I might contact you by email in case I have additional questions to finalise my choice of the remedy.

I will give you the list of International homeopathic pharmacies where you can buy your remedies.

Acute/First Aid consultation:

It can be booked between our scheduled consultations to help you with acute issues (cold, flu, injury). 

Mainstream healthcare: 

I will not ask you to come off your mainstream healthcare medications. At some point, you might need to consult your medical doctor to check if your medications are still required.

Please contact emergency services if your condition is critical.

Notes and Confidentiality:

I am required by law to keep my notes on your case for 7 years and it will be not shared with anyone unless you instruct me to.

Frequently asked questions

How long will my consultation last? 

First consultation lasts for one hour and a half. 

Acute/First Aid consultation will last 30 minutes. 

Follow Up consultation lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. 

How homeopathy can help me, I do not know much about it?

Homeopathy works best if the whole body/mind/emotions are considered (unless it is an acute consultation and you need a symptomatic support). I need to build a full picture of you.

We will be discussing your symptoms, your medical history and medications, your family medical history is often helpful as well. Emotional symptoms are of a great value to homeopathy. 

For example, if we are going through difficult time such as grieving we might start feeling some physical symptoms as well (digestion issues, tiredness, chest tightness). By choosing the remedy which has positive effect on prevalent emotion (grief)  we are alleviating physical symptoms occurred as a result such emotion. 

How soon will I notice the effect of the remedy?

If it is a First aid consultation the result should be felt within 24 hours after taking the remedy. This is the reason why I need you to update me with the progress within 24 hours. We have 48 hours to communicate with each other until we found a perfect remedy match for your symptoms.

If it is a Full Constitutional consultation, you might not see immediate relief. Body needs time to switch on its healing mode. You might notice little changes here and there but we will go through all your symptoms again during a Follow Up consultation. Once we don’t experience pain/emotional suffering we forget about it and focus on other things, which is our aim anyway.

Why do I need a Full Constitutional consultation?

If you have been having some issues for a considerate amount of time we need to properly look at every angle of your health. Frequent repeats of symptoms (cold, flu, cystitis, gastritis) means that there is an underlying issue, which needs to be addressed. We can treat cough each time it occurs but strengthening overall immunity will bring a better result. We can give a boost to internal organs, which, in turn, will recharge the vital force and speed up the recovery. 

At least 2 Follow up sessions are recommended so we can track your progress and make adjustments, sometimes change the remedy.

Do I need to prepare for homeopathic consultation?

No need for special preparation. Make sure you are sitting in a quiet place and not disturbed. It is best to be on your own for your best focus.

I advise to arrange your position during video call so that I can see you body to the waist level.

Where can I buy my remedies?

I will send you the list of international homeopathic pharmacies so you can order your remedies from them. 

How do I take the remedies?

I normally send instructions along with prescription email.

Just remember that no matter how much pillules you take at one time, it will be considered as one dose. One dose is normally one or two pillules placed under the tongue until dissolved. 

It is recommended to take your remedy when your mouth is clean, not after or right before strong flavours such as mint, coffee or products containing camphor. Preferably not to have anything in your mouth  20 minutes before or after taking the remedy

I will also advise you on a potency (remedy strength).
